Lucky Charm stores your charm settings, presets, ritual progress, and personal photo charms locally. Your photos are not uploaded. The website photo demo processes images in your browser.

Accounts and purchases

Firebase Authentication processes your email and password. We do not store your password in our application database. Payment details are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We keep purchase identifiers, account identifiers, payment status, and an active desktop session so that one purchase can be used on one computer at a time.

Online access

The desktop app contacts our service to activate and renew its session. It sends an account token, a random session identifier, and a computer label. It does not send screen contents, personal photos, or lists of applications.

Service records

Service providers may retain request logs for security and operations. Short-lived request counters limit abuse. Essential browser storage supports sign-in and saves your optional demo presets. The current website uses no advertising trackers.

Your choices

Sign out at any time. To request account information, correction, or deletion, email kraftos.luckycharm@gmail.com. Purchase records may need to be retained for payment and accounting obligations.
